Eligible Returns
Accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products. A proper unboxing video is mandatory. Report within 48 hours of delivery.
Final Sale
Customized, stitched, altered, or personalized products are strictly non-returnable and non-cancellable.
The Return & Refund Process
To ensure a smooth resolution, please adhere to the following:
- The product must be unused and in original condition with all tags intact.
- No return or exchange will be accepted without a clear opening video from start to finish.
- Refunds are considered only if:
- Payment is deducted but order is not confirmed.
- The product becomes unavailable.
- An approved replacement is not possible.
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Cancellation Policy
Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. We kindly request you to review your selection carefully before completing the purchase. Customized or stitched orders are strictly non-cancellable from the moment of placement.
