Domestic Shipping (India)
Delivery Timelines:
• Made on order: 20-25 working days.
• Ready products: As stated in description.
• Express Delivery: 5-10 working days (Mon-Fri).
Shipping Costs (per kg):
• Standard (TN): ₹100 | Outside TN: ₹200
• Express (TN): ₹650 | Outside TN: ₹750
*Additional ₹650 applies for express services.
International Shipping
• Processing Time: 20 working days.
• Shipping Time: 1-5 working days.
• Total Estimated: 25 working days.
• Weight-based calculation applies to all international orders.
Logistical Terms
Once dispatched, tracking numbers are shared via WhatsApp. While we strive for timely delivery, we are not liable for courier delays but will assist in resolution.
Self-Pickup: If using Rapido or Porter services, shipping charges are borne by the customer.
Safe Payments: We offer secure encrypted payments including UPI, Credit/Debit cards, and Internet Banking.
