By entering our digital atelier, you agree to the guidelines and protocols outlined in this electronic record.

1. Order Confirmation

Customized orders are processed only after design confirmation. Once confirmed, delivery dates cannot be changed as the artisanal production cycle is locked in to ensure quality.

2. Artisanal Authenticity

All creations are handmade. Slight variations in color or design may occur due to the nature of handloom work and differences in screen settings. These are marks of authentic craft and not defects.

3. Intellectual Property

All designs, images, and website content are the exclusive property of Nirai – The Designer Studio. Unauthorized use or replication of our digital or physical assets is strictly prohibited.

4. Jurisdiction

By using our services, you agree to these terms. Any disputes arising from the use of our digital atelier or physical products are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Tamil Nadu, India.
